It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Please be patient with shipping times. Most of our products are handmade by artisans from around the world. Many of them do not have a lot of money and we try to make shipping costs for them as low as possible. We have international fulfillment centers set up around the world to make it as cost effective as possible.
We ship from many different fulfillment centers around the world. This is the most cost effective way to keep shipping costs down for our international customers, and we want to pass that cost savings on to you, our valued customer. Depending on where you are located, you may receive packages from the United States, Hong Kong or Singapore.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure that your order gets delivered as quickly as possible. Because most of our items are handmade, you will typically receive your order in 2 to 4 work weeks (can take up to 8 weeks), however 14 days is common from the date that order is processed, in rare cases, or if you are located in a remote location, the shipping time may extend to above 30 days. Orders that are not received within 60 days will be refunded or re-sent.
To keep costs down for you, we have set up our store in a way that you may receive multiple orders from different locations. We are working on ways to streamline this process in the future. Our handmade Items are shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment centers, don't worry if you receive different items in your order separately, they will all reach you, we want you to be happy with your purchase so we guarantee it or we will do everything in our power to make it right . We ship out items individually to reduce waiting time as our warehouses are located in different regions. You WILL NOT be charged extra if your purchase is from 2 or more fulfillment centers, that is on us!

**Shipping times may be affected during public holidays while manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
**Custom clearance at each country varies, and delay due to custom clearance is beyond our control, should your parcel be stuck at custom processing, we can attempt a contact with the post office for faster clearance but there is no guarantees that this will hasten the custom clearance speed.
If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make our best effort to locate your parcel or find a satisfying solution.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees
Ordered products may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees. The Little Secret has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.
In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered to your postal code but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. You can file a claim for the missing package. We are not responsible for non-receipt due to postal theft.
If you missed your delivery, you can arrange a re-delivery with your local post office. For parcels not retrieved and are returned to us, we will charge a re-delivery fee of $5.90 USD per order. If you refuse delivery of a package we sent you for any reason, you are solely responsible. We do not issue refunds for refused packages.
Delays and Issues with Delivery
Please note that we are not responsible for Postal delivery schedule, nor are we responsible for any items that are delayed. It is buyer's responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
