Our Return Policy/Happiness Guarantee is about making sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If you don't absolutely love your new purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you can return you item and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your purchase.

- If you refuse your package at delivery, you will not be refunded. We do not refund refused deliveries of orders placed with us. If you do not want your order, accept it and return it to us for a full refund.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
- If you choose to refuse or do not coordinate pickup of the items you ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or lost items. Refused items will not be refunded.
- All international buyers are responsible for customs/fees associated with importing into their home countries.

Late or missing refunds
